Order Processing & Creation Time As all products on our website are handmade with care, please allow 2-5 business days for us to create and process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. In the rare event that production takes longer than expected, we will contact you immediately via email.Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
International Shipping We ship our creations worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Here are our estimated delivery times:
Poland: 2-5 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
USA & Canada: 14-25 business days
Rest of the World: 14-30 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NOX is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if available for your destination).
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable.Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at noxhandcraft@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
